Group tours (morning, day, sunset) last about 2 hours.
Private charters can be booked for 2 to 8 hours, or longer by arrangement.
What's included in the tour?
A drink on board (white wine, beer, juice and water), Portuguese snacks, life jackets, fuel, skipper and insurance.
Which monuments do we see during the tour?
Along the Tagus we pass close to Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, MAAT, the 25 de Abril Bridge and Praça do Comércio — the same route on every group tour.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Group tours can be booked online at least 2 hours in advance.
Private charters depend on availability confirmed by our team.
What happens in case of bad weather or cancellation?
If weather conditions prevent safe sailing, the tour is rescheduled or fully refunded — this applies to all tours, both group and private charters.
If you cancel yourself, at least 24 hours in advance gives you a full refund; less than 24 hours is not refundable.
How do I book a private charter?
Through the quote request form on the site, by phone or WhatsApp.
Once confirmed, payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal.
Can children and babies come along?
Yes. Babies up to 2 years old have a reduced fare. Children aged 3 to 12 currently pay the same price as adults, though a discount may be introduced in the future.
There's no minimum age.
Can I bring a pet on the tour?
Yes, on private charters, subject to prior approval of the animal's size with our team.
